Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Settings: Open the board and click the Settings tab located in the sub-header.
2. General Settings & Privacy: In General, edit the Board name and Description, or toggle Private board (Anyone with the board code can join when OFF, or restricted when ON). Click Save to confirm.
3. Review Members & Roles: Click Members in the left sidebar to view active participants, see assigned badges (e.g., Owner), and inspect member emails.
4. Configure Participant Capacity: Click Capacity to view or adjust the concurrent attendee threshold (reflected in the top header counter, e.g., 10 participants).
5. Invite Participants: Click the + Invite button in the top right to share the board link or provide the unique join code.

Expected Outcome

Your retrospective maintains appropriate security, correct attendee capacity, and transparent role governance across all participating teammates.

• If external guests cannot join with your board code, check the Private board setting in General. When enabled, only pre-invited workspace members can participate.
