Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Start Creation: Click + Create board and select the Retro board tab.
2. Enter Board Information: Fill in the Board name (min 5 characters) field (e.g., Sprint 47 Retro) and an optional Description (0/100).
3. Proceed to Template Selection: Click Next -> to choose your framework (such as the verified Mountain Climb template).
4. Inspect Default Columns: When the board launches, view the pre-configured columns (for example, Mountain Climb establishes 5 columns: START, STOP, CONTINUE, OUTCOMES, GOALS).
5. Add Custom Columns: To add an additional stage or reflection prompt, scroll to the far right of the board and click the + Add column button.
