Locate the Cancel Option: Open your workspace dashboard and navigate to /dashboard/billing.
Click Cancel Subscription: Scroll past the Usage & Limits and MCP Server Quota sections to find the red Cancel subscription button at the bottom of the page.
Verified Cancellation Behavior: As displayed on the billing screen: "You'll keep Pro access until the current billing period ends, then you'll be downgraded to Free."
No Immediate Service Interruption: Your team retains full Pro features—including 200 pooled seats, unlimited boards, and AI quotas—until the exact date listed in NEXT BILLING DATE.
Downgrade to Free Tier: At the end of the billing period, your workspace transitions to the Free tier. Your existing retrospective documentation remains intact in read-only or accessible mode, but new board creation is capped at Free tier limits (3 active boards, 1 canvas, 20 pooled seats).
Exporting Data: Before or after downgrading, you can export your retrospective boards, summaries, and action items in PDF, CSV, or Markdown format via each board's Export menu.

You understand how to cancel your Pro plan and know that Pro benefits remain active until your billing period concludes.

Changed your mind? You can reactivate or resume your Pro plan at any time directly from the Billing tab before your cycle ends.
