1. Open Board Settings: In the top navigation bar of your board (alongside Cards, Polls, Documents, and Trends), click on the Settings tab.
2. Select General Tab: From the left settings navigation menu, ensure General is selected (subtitled: "Basic board information and visibility").
3. Edit Board Name: Click into the Board name text field to edit or replace the title of your sprint retrospective.
4. Update Description: Click into the Description textarea to outline the goal, sprint focus, or instructions for participants (character counter displays up to 0/100).
5. Save Changes: Click the black Save button below the description to immediately apply your updated title and description across the board and dashboard directories.
